- Ask for booking challan when the clothes are given for laundry service and no service is offered without booking challan.
- Kindly check your clothes before giving clothes to laundry, company is not responsible for any belongings left in the clothes.
- Any specific washing instructions /treatment of the clothes should be specified at the time of initial billing.
- Company is not responsible for any existing damages and stains in the clothes.
- Whilst every care is taken , the company is not responsible for fastness of colors, shrinkage, wear and tearing of clothes due to nature of the cloth.
- Company is not responsible for any ornamental and jeweler fittings on the clothes.
- Delivery information given at the time of initial billing will be considered final.
- It takes 5-7 days for normal delivery from the initial billing time.
- It is a customer responsibility to provide booking challan during the final billing process and delivery of clothes will be done only if final cash receipt is presented. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained in the absence of the same.
- Prices and delivery time varies depend on the list of services offered, type of clothes, condition of clothes, special washing instructions/ treatments to clothes etc.
- No changes can be done once after the final cash reciept is printed and customers are requested to examine the articles before taking delivery. The company is not responsible for any complaint once the articles are delivered.
- Company is not responsible for any items not claimed within one week from the delivery date. Compensation for loss of articles will be limited to a maximum of 3 times the article bill amount or 3 times the billing amount ,if clothes are given in kgs.
- No employee of our company is competent to offer or vary any of our terms and conditions mentioned herein.
- Stains are removed upon customer's request at their own risk. No guarantee is given for absolute stain removal of any garment . If the stains are not removable the customer shall not have any right to claim deduction in charges.
- Company reserves the right to modify terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
- No membership cards/vouchers are accepted after the expiry date.
- Company is not responsible for any delay in delivery or loss of articles arising due to unforseen circumstances or cases beyond the control of the company and have no reduction of the charges / compensation will be entertained on account of the same.
- Disputes if any are subject to jurisdiction of courts in Vijayawada only.
